Can someone answer me this? I hear Joe the Plumber this and Joe the Plumber that and I have no idea who the hell Joe the Plumber is!
Is this some skit on SNL? Mad TV? WHO IS JOE THE PLUMBER!?!?!?!?!

Joe is indeed a plumber who happened to be at one of Obama Biden's speach campaigns. He gets picked out of the crowd to ask Obama Biden a question. He told Obama Biden that his new tax plan would keep him from buying his own plumbing business. From that point, he came to symbolize the average "Joe" seeking the American dream and how Obama Biden's tax plan will affect that pursuit.
