We decided to wake up and spend Sunday at the beach.
Of course, the weather didn't seem to be cooperating with us but we took the plunge anyway. (No pun intended!)
After a very rocky start with the clouds, the afternoon sun decided to show it's face with a loud cheer from the beach crowds.
The kids played in the sand and Stink was still in the water, despite the frigid temperature of the ocean. And the only skin exposed on my entire body ended up sunburned. My shins. Whoda thunk it.

Looks like a blast. I'm jealous you live so close to the beach, but love looking at the photos.

love it.
So this same sunday I was at my house, mowing, yard work, etc...it was WARM out. After all of my duties were done I decided to treat myself to my book and the beach. I packed up and headed down there...only to find out it was 10 degrees colder there than at my house! I had goosebumps. I hate when that happens.
